Oaks Preserve is an approximately 95-acre subdivision designed in 5 phases, containing 295 lots. eda served as the engineer of record for all phases of this large project, from inception to construction, providing design plat and construction plan drawings and other utility/infrastructure design. eda surveyors prepared a boundary, topographic, and tree survey with utility location. The subject property includes wetland areas and a depression with associated buffers to be placed in a conservation management area.
