The multifamily residential development comprises six four-story buildings with 176 furnished units ranging from one to four bedrooms. The interior amenities include a clubhouse with a fitness center, leasing office, study areas, cyber café, private meeting rooms, gaming center, and yoga studio. Exterior amenities feature a pool, cabanas, poolside tanning deck, fountains, and grills.
