Gainesville, Florida –
EDA relocating to former Mindtree space in Innovation Square
EDA Engineers-Surveyors-Planners Inc., announced Monday it will later this month vacate its current office at 2404 NW 43rd St. to move across town into Innovation Square.
The Gainesville-based firm that provides civil engineering, urban planning, design and land surveying services to clients throughout Florida will sublease the entire third floor of the Ayers Building, located at 720 SW Second Ave. The floor comprises about 12,300 square feet of space, where 30 employees will work.
The office space was formerly occupied by Mindtree Limited, an India-based software company, which left town in July 2019.
Innovation Square is located between the University of Florida campus and downtown Gainesville, and is operated by UF Innovate under the Office of Research.
