Project Description:
88th Street Cottages is a cottage neighborhood development in Alachua County, comprised of 27 two-bedroom cottages on 3.8 acres. The community is located off SW Archer Road, just west of Tower Road.

Services:
eda provided Civil Engineering services for this project by assisting the developer with the project master planning and permitting with agencies including Alachua County, Gainesville Regional Utilities, Water Management District and other utility providers. While this project was under construction, eda also provided Construction Administration Services.
