GNV Terminal Expansion

Project Description:
Prepared full utility plans for permitting modifications through Gainesville Regional Utilities to improve existing service and prepare for future 15,200 SF terminal expansion. Utility improvements included design of a water main, lift station, and force main. Also permitted with the City of Gainesville & St Johns River WMD. Project surveyor managed all aspects of field and office work associated with this survey. Performed a topographic survey to support engineering design. Located all traceable underground utilities within the project site as a supplement to the topographic survey of the site in order to support the engineering design.
