the brief
Utility engineering and permitting services for an $11 million terminal expansion to the passenger terminal of Gainesville Regional Airport, adding 15,200 square feet and two additional gates. The improvements were undertaken to accommodate increased passenger traffic and demand, while providing a variety of improved amenities and services.

Engineering
- Conceptual site design to determine the utility and stormwater impacts of the project within the Airport property
- Detailed construction plans for engineering site design of utility improvements including a water main, lift station, and force main
- Prepared and submitted a major development plan application to City of Gainesville for approval by Development Review Board
- Permitted these necessary modifications through Gainesville Regional Utilities in order to improve existing service to serve the expansion
- Modifications to the existing Water Management District Permit for the site, including preparation of stormwater calculations demonstrating compliance with the master drainage system
