- Prepared comprehensive site engineering plans
- Designed stormwater management systems and completed detailed site drainage and floodplain analyses
- Led engineering and permitting efforts to obtain FEMA Conditional and Final Letters of Map Revision (CLOMR and LOMR)
- Provided water and sewer engineering to support campus-wide utility operations
- Supported phased development through engineering review and construction coordination
- Prepared as-built engineering documentation following construction
Surveying
- Performed a detailed topographic survey showing all above-ground features, utilities, trees, and elevations across the site to support planning and site design
- Provided a boundary survey and minor subdivision of the full 118-acre property
- Conducted underground utility location, including vacuum excavation and subsurface utility investigation
- Provided construction layout and stakeout services, including boring locations
- Completed final as-built surveys documenting completed site improvements
Planning
- Led rezoning of the property from Limited Industrial to Public Services
- Prepared a Zoning Master Plan to guide the full build-out of the 118-acre campus
- Completed planning support for a Minor Subdivision
- Coordinated land use approvals and regulatory review processes with local and regional agencies
- Supported long-range planning for a regional operations center serving future growth
