Engineering
- Developed full construction plans for complete civil design of the project and all associated site improvements, including utility and stormwater infrastructure
- Prepared application materials, managed the site plan permitting process, and secured major development plan approval from the City of Gainesville's Development Review Board
- Designed and permitted GRU water and sewer services and incorporated GRU electric design into civil plans
- Received Environmental Resource Permit approval from the St. Johns River Water Management District, including design for new stormwater basins and stormwater calculations
- Provided engineering design of a left turn lane on NE 53rd Avenue
- Permitted a Class IV driveway connection with Alachua County Public Works for the improvements to County right-of-way
Surveying
- Provided additional topographic survey of NE 53rd Avenue to support engineering design of left turn lane
- Prepared detailed topographic survey of the subject property showing the locations of trees, above-ground improvements, and wetland lines

Planning
- Prepared a text change application to amend the City of Gainesville code to allow recreational vehicle parks as a permitted use in the I-1 zoning district. Received approval from the City Plan Board and City Commission
