- Developed full construction plans for complete civil design of the project and all associated site improvements, including utility and stormwater infrastructure
- Prepared and submitted preliminary and final development plan applications to Alachua County, receiving approval from the Development Review Committee and Board of County Commissioners
- Obtained FDOT Access and Drainage permits for the improvements to NW 39th Avenue
- Designed and permitted GRU water and sewer services, including revisions to existing water mains and gas routes.
- Worked with GRU to incorporate electric design into civil plans
- Received Environmental Resource Permit approval from the Suwannee River Water Management District, including stormwater calculations and design for a new stormwater basin

- Processed a rezoning application from R-1a to R-2, bringing the zoning district into compliance with the underlying Comprehensive Future Land Use designation of Medium Density Residential and allowing for development of the property. Received approval from the Planning Commission and Board of County Commissioners.
