City approves 72 housing units, new cafe at San Felasco Tech City

Gainesville, Florida – Construction on new housing units and a cafe at San Felasco Tech City in Alachua is planned for January 2020.

San Felasco Tech City is bringing its live-work-play motto to life with plans for its next phase of development.

The city of Alachua recently approved plans to build 74 housing units and a cafe in addition to its two 30,000-square-foot office buildings already in place near 13025 N. U.S. 441.

Permitting is underway now, and construction is expected to begin in January.
