Construction of a new two-story child care facility building to provide 7,654 additional square feet of classroom space and a 984 square foot outdoor play area to allow the existing Premier Preschool to expand their offering to serve elementary students through fifth grade. Infrastructure improvements included additional parking, limited access drive isles, and a new dumpster, along with modifications to existing utilities and stormwater.

- Developed full construction plans for engineering site design, including detailed utility plan and paving, grading, and drainage plan
- Received approval from the St. Johns River Water Management District for modifications to the existing Environmental Resource Permit for the site, including preparation of stormwater calculations demonstrating compliance with the master drainage system
- Prepared and submitted a revised final development plan application to Alachua County, resulting in Development Review Committee approval
- Designed and permitted water and sewer services with GRU and incorporated GRU electric design into civil plans
Planning
- Prepared and processed a rezoning application from Agriculture to Business Professional, to update the zoning district to be consistent with the property's underlying Commercial Future Land Use designation, resulting in approval from the Planning Commission and BOCC
