Engineering
- Developed full construction plans for complete civil design of the project and all associated site improvements, including utility and stormwater infrastructure
- Prepared, coordinated, and secured intermediate development plan approval through the City of Gainesville’s permitting process
- Designed and permitted GRU water and sewer services and incorporated GRU electric design into civil plans
- Received Environmental Resource Permit approval from the St. Johns River Water Management District, including design for new stormwater basins and stormwater calculations
- FDOT permitting, including Access, Drainage, and Joint ROW Utility
- Provided construction administration services
Surveying
- Prepared a boundary survey and legal description for lot split, including preparation and submittal of application application to City of Gainesville for a lot line adjustment, to remove a portion of land from the project
- Prepared a boundary and topographic survey of the subject property showing the locations of trees, above-ground improvements, and underground utilities
- Prepared an as-built survey
- Prepared an ALTA/NSPS Land Title survey
- Prepared legal descriptions/sketches for easements
- Provided surveyor certification as required to apply for funding from the Florida Housing Finance Corporation
Planning
- Prepared and submitted conceptual plan for review and approval by City planning staff
