The Row Gainesville

More exciting news for the area between the University of Florida campus and downtown Gainesville. The Row, a proposed 8-story mid-rise building is currently under construction across from the UF campus at 407 SW 13th Street. This mixed-use project will consist of 49 residential units, ground floor retail/office space and structured parking. This type of quality, higher density infill development is in a perfect place to serve both students and young professionals alike in the heart of our City. Construction is underway, and the building is set to open in 2022. eda is proud to have served as the civil engineer, land planning consultant, and surveyor for this project.
